Sales tax-Items not retaining taxable status.

We are having issues with items not retaining their tax status in our register account. (Not online store.) Items have been marked as taxable only to find later that they have become "untaxed" and ring up incorrectly. Items were marked taxable when created as a new item and showed as such for a time. We have also gone back and tried to separately tax and save items and have used the apply all tax to apply tax to groups. The items do show up as taxed and work for a time, but then without any rhyme or reason groups of random items lose their taxable status. Please help!

Check out the first reply in this thread on items not being taxed to see if that resolves the issue for you. If that does not, then I recommend contacting our support team so they can take a look.
