SQUARE APP - Order ACTION BUTTON and EMAIL TEMPLATE ERRORS

Recently received an order for Pickup which I updated on the Square App once the order was Ready for Pickup.   Once changing the Order status to Ready for Pickup with the Action Button.  The button disappeared not allowing the order Status to be changed via the Square App   I had to log into my Square Dashboard; go to Orders and update the Orders to Picked Up and Complete them.  

 

Also this same order brought to my attention that my Pickup Instructions which is part of an Email Template that is emailed to my Customers did not populate correctly.  I attempted to fix this and sent several Test Emails but the Pickup Instructions disappeared from the Email even though the Email Template shows them as part of the email   I ended up inserting a Text Box within the Email Template showing our Pickup Instructions in the emails our customer receive.

I am using the App on an IPhone 11, not showing any required updates needed for the App.

Can you try deleting and reinstalling the Square app (when you have no payments pending in offline mode) @GrimaldiFarms

 

If that doesn't work, please give us a call.
