Reviews for online and in store purchases

It would be very helpful if we could allow customers to leave reviews for items purchased, whether they purchase it online or in store.  If inventory and such can interface, why can't we have a way to leave a review in store?  Or even an option for customers to manually go in and leave a review online, and then the store owner could then approve reviews after validating purchases from in store.
