Retrieve card information from a transaction or recharge a card

are you able to retrieve the card information including the security code from a previous transaction?

or 

are you able to charge a card again for a new order?

Unless you saved the customer's card information under your directory, the customer details are very limited as shown in the transaction section once you click on it directly from your Square Dashboard.

I charged a customer for a re-occuring service but did not save the information or set it up as re-occuring in the system.  Can I retrieve the last credit card information so I can use it to process future payments?
