Refund notification emails not being sent to customers/buyers?

Hi! 

When we refund or cancel items on an order through the Square for Retail app no email is sent to the customer making them aware of the changes.

It appears you can send the emails through the weebly screens - but by front of house staff does not have access to that software.

Anyone developed a work around or have solved this.

Does your staff have access to the Transaction screen within the app? Let me know! 👀

Please note: Customers who paid with a credit card and provided their contact information for the digital receipt will receive notice when the refund is initiated. Customers who paid for the transaction with cash or other tender will NOT automatically receive notification. Sellers have to manually resend the receipt in order for the customer to see that the refund was initiated.

Yes they do have access to transaction screen.

They would have to resend the receipt after the transaction is refunded. So sorry about that!
