For the past week (?) our uploaded photos are missing from Items Library list. However they are displayed when you drilldown into an item's details. I've rebooted my laptop, tried different internet browsers and still the same result. Anybody else having this issue? Is there a fix? It worked fine for months.

Update from Square after I asked about visibility in the item library:
There was an update to the dashboard a few weeks ago that changed the layout of the item library. This includes the item images being visible when you click the item and view the edit item page.
This is not a bug and the photo that you have added will still be visible on your POS as well as your Square Online dashboard.

I asked for clarification if that meant Item Library is no longer showing pictures and he responded with that is the case going forward.
Please Require Customers to pick time/date at checkout for Square online. Thanks!
I reached out to support earlier today after thinking it was maybe a bug, I have not heard back yet via email. I hope this isn't an attempt to save money by not loading images. Seeing pictures helps immensely with my ordering.
Hopefully they'll bring our pictures back sooner than later.

Thanks for sharing your experience with all this too. I'm a little confused/dumbfounded by their response. The Item Library is part of the Square Online Dashboard, right? I cannot believe they are taking away this very useful functionality within the list. We use it to quickly/efficiently visually order our stock. Not we have to drilldown into the item to verify in many cases.
By the way, what is the support email you send to? We originally had a Square consultant assigned, but she has since dropped off and I cannot our parting notes find how to write support and submit development requests. Thanks if you can share.

I emailed through the support function of the website, if you go to the automated bot and put customer service it will give you the option for chat, email, or phone calls.
I agree, at first I thought it was a bug but then I emailed them and I even clarified that the item library is no longer showing items. This was the follow up email I sent:
"Is it correct then that item images will no longer be available when looking at the Item Library unless we open the item?"
and their response:
"Yes, this is correct due to the update of the dashboard layout. You will see the item photo when you click the item and view the edit item page. Please note that the photos you have added will still be visible on your POS as well as your Square Online dashboard."

OMG! I just logged on to the dashboard and it's fixed! All the images are showing again! 🙂
I suspect they will stop loading when you refresh or come back to the page later. I had them reappear for a whole 30 minutes earlier... Now they're not showing pictures.
It's like my delete button, it goes away, it comes back, it goes away again.
I pretty much spend 8-10 hours a day staring at my item library and I didn't think it was possible to make it even harder to sort through my inventory. I'd be okay with this no picture "update" if they'd make hard lines between each item/line....
