Move 3 accounts to master account "Locations"- preserve item images

Hello,

We currently have 4 square for retail accounts that I want to merge into a single "master" account using different locations.

 

I found the response here for general details on how to do this:

It sounds like we can use the items CSV import/export functionality to move the items over to the master account, however we also need to move item images over as well.

 

We have over 1000 item images in the sub-accounts that we want to preserve in the master accounts.  Our staff rely on these item images to quickly find and identify items visually instead of specifically by using the item title.

 

Please let me know if there's a way to preserve these images when merging our accounts.

Whenever you import into your Item Library, the item images will not come into the import. Unfortunately - they will have to be added to the items manually. 

 

This is a Feature Request with our Product Team, so I would be happy to add your voice to it. Once there is an update available, one of our Community Moderators will post a Product Update with all of the details.
