Meta (Facebook) order pending acknowledgement from Square
A custom placed an order through Facebook more than a week ago, on October 26. I received an email from Meta informing me of the order which has been pending acknowledgement from Square.
I've submitted a ticket with Meta; in the meantime, I'm looking for information on Square about how to fix this but haven't found anything.
@Breffni I see you've answered questions similar to this in the past. Can you help me?
