Loyalty Rewards Adjustment

We give our customers one point for every $10 they spend. They can use their loyalty rewards on most items, but there are some categories that they can earn points for, but those categories cannot be discounted.
So, I created separate Loyalty Rewards discount percentages to apply to discountable items and not discount the lower margin items. However, I then have to go back into their account and remove points. We need another drop-down reason for removing points called (Non-Loyalty Eligible Items in Sale) or something similar. I keep choosing the "Points From This Transaction Was Refunded" and the "Points Accidentally Rewarded" does not apply. Please help us create a new category at the business owners discretion.

I see what you mean on how you would be able to utilize the discounts and loyalty features for your business. 

 

Since Discounts and Loyalty doesn't have the functions you are looking for, I am going to tag this for our Product Team to get some eyes on it.
