Location/Shipping issues

I have 2 different locations and I'm not sure how I even made 2. How can I fix it so my shipping and pick-up are all from one location? Right now it is only letting me use shipping from one location and pick-up from the other. Then it throws off my inventory.

It isn't possible to delete a location, though you can deactivate a location in the Locations section of your Square Dashboard. That won't remove it from Square Online, though. I would go to Settings > Pickup & delivery, then toggle off pickup for the location where you don't want to provide pickup. If it's the other way around (meaning the pickup location is right, but shipping is working from the wrong location), then go to Settings > Shipping and edit the shipping location to use the other location in your account.
