Local pickup option for retail store

Hi, I have a mostly online presence but once in a while I sell something online to someone who is local. I want an option to allow pickup that basically says, "text me and we'll arrange it." I don't want to charge shipping on those orders. Most of the Square pickup options seem aimed at restaurants. Has anyone done this successfully for the occasional local order?
