Is there a way to temporarily not allow online orders, but guests can still see your offerings?
We need to temporarily turn off shopping to our website while we are on vacation and I was wondering if there was a way to do this? Thank you in advance for the help.

Hi! You can turn off accepting online orders every night under Online Store > Settings > Checkout and toggling off "accept online orders." Make sure to hit save and this will help prevent customers from placing orders outside of your business hours. 🙂

Hi! Piggybacking on this question, I was wondering if there's a way to schedule your website to turn off/on at certain times. I'm not talking about timed categories or scheduling pickup hours; we already do that. But I'd like to be able to turn off online ordering at certain parts of the week (like an hour before we open on Saturdays) to avoid us being slammed with tickets when we don't have a chance to fulfill them. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out, @KingstonBread 😊
It's not possible to setup a schedule for turning off online orders other than what you are already doing. You would need to manually toggle off the "accept online orders" option.
I'm happy to forward your feedback for you. Please feel free to provide any additional details you want, and I'll pass it over to the team. Thanks!
