Is there a way a customer can opt back in to email marketing?

I had a customer tell me she accidentally unsubscribed from my marking emails. Is there any way she can opt back in? I haven’t been able to find the answer any where and can’t find any way to update her subscription status directly in her profile in my directory.

Hey! Welcome to the Seller Community. To resubscribe, the buyer can use profile.squareup.com to manage marketing preferences. They can re opt in there! Let me know if you have any other questions. 🙂

She did that already, and it has “receive offers and updates” toggled on. But it shows in my marketing email that she unsubscribed. Does that mean that is re-subscribed?

Apparently, that did not fix it. I sent a test message to two clients including her. The one client received it, but she did not. Any other suggestions? She wants to be able to get notified of specials I offer.

@aesmassage2019 can the customer access any of the previously sent emails? If so, they can click "manage preferences" to resubscribe. 

 

If not, you will need to contact the Marketing Support Team to have them manually resubscribe the customer.

Sounds good. They will ask for your customer's email address, which we cannot do over a public forum.
