Is it possible that changes are being made to our ordering preferences that we are not making?
We have an item available as a pre-order and somehow the "Pick up" box was checked. There is no such thing if it is being pre ordered it doesn't exist for pick up, right? Also some items we have for sale on the online store are marked Self Serve Delivery (something like that). I have never seen that option when entering an item on the online store and I certainly wouldn't have checked it. We do not do delivery and never have. This seems to be something newly added. Now, my question is, can we change pickup and shipping options globally so I can fix all these that are wrong or do we have to do it one by one. My original question was how did these wrong boxes get checked?
