I've added stock and my item is still not available at checkout. Advise?

I've read through documentation, added stock, and am still getting not available at checkout. Anybody had this issue?

Hello @ltc0909.

 

There is one more thing to look at other than stock and inventory

If you have various locations, you want to make sure your items are available at all locations. If this is not the case for you, I'm happy to take a deeper dive. Can you please provide me with the exact name of the item that's not showing up and the website URL.

Hi, I checked the locations and that doesn't seem to be the issue. The item is "Hoodie"

Thank you! Make sure to click "Go to Square Online" and go under Items > Item Library. Select the Hoodie option and scroll down just enough until you see Visibility. Make sure it's marked as available and hit save. From there, you will see in gray letters stating the item is actively available in your online store.

I've gone through all the settings and can't seem to figure out what is going on. Even the stock is showing available.

why does my inventory show "out of stock" on the store when there is stock? trying to set up curbside pickup but everything says sold out. I add more inventory and still nothing changes on my site
