It ran in offline mode. The payments accepted on my credit card as usual. I went to connect a few hours later. There is no payments showing needing to process. In addition no information at all in Reports. It seems I have lost my sales for the day?

HI @bellonwheels my first step of advice would be to contact Square Support ASAP via phone so they can look at your account details and help recover these payments if possible.
The only way payments in offline mode would disappear is if you deleted/reinstalled the app before uploading the payments or let the payments expire (they will expire 72 hours after capture if not uploaded). Do you remember deleting the app at all, or are you trying to access these payments on a device separate from the one you originally took the payments on?
