How to handle a customer stating they reported you to square their bank?
I have a customer who failed to read my turnaround time and is requesting a refund. I stated I couldn't refund her money due to her failure to read the group rules, supplies being ordered, and my turn around time not being expired (she ordered 5 days ago and my tat is 1- 2 weeks tops). She is being very immature and posting the situation on Facebook. I have lost two customers in 12 hours. How would you handle this?

Hey @Mckenzie!
Thanks for posting in the Seller Community, and really sorry to hear about this experience you're having with one of your customers.
It sounds like they may file a dispute with their card issuer for the transaction. I would take a look at our Payment Disputes Walkthrough to know what to expect if they do choose to do so.
Let me know if there's anything we can do to support you, or answer for you at this time.
