How to add message to buyer at checkout?

I've set up our site and would love to add a message at checkout to remind customers of our minimum order requirement (for wholesale).  I added a popup when they get to the site with this information but would like to remind them before they submit an order.

I am also open to setting a minimum order/purchase rule but haven't seen that as an option either.

Any suggestions on how I can add a line of text to either the cart, order summary or checkout page?

I think the popup is a great idea for what you're looking for! The only other option I could think of would be to utilize the Store Policies feature. From the Square Online Overview page, go to Settings > Checkout > Store Policies:
