How do we use purchase orders with vendors' b2b

We are in a 30 day trial with Square Retail and while the app is handy from the checkout point, we find many difficulties using inventory management which is, of course, crucial.  How do we integrate with vendors' b2b?  Is there any way of using a size matrix?

I'm passing this information over to our Square for Retail team as a Feature Request, as we've heard this alot. These requests help drive change in the product and we take them very seriously.
