How Do I Edit the Layout of Category Group on Retail Paid

We are building our Wine Shop pos, have loaded in our Items, majority sorted to category and subcategory, Challenge is when we click the Top Category (Red Wine) the screen that opens has lists all category specific items alphabetized first, and sub category folders (Cab, merlot, etc..) last.

For ease and speed we need our SubCategories to appear above the alphalist instead of at the bottom of the page? 

Any suggestions?

As I see this is your first post welcome to the Square sellers forum, where other sellers helps others.

I am not sure which Hardware you are using with Square Paid version.  They are sometimes worded a little differnet or things do not appear the same.

For me on an Ipad Squre Stand, on the Checkout Screen i have a box labeled Edit.  I tap that and the each Category or Item has a - in the corner.  I can also Tap and hold an icon to move it.  So you press the Edit and the tap and hold a sub category to move it where you like.  Also after you Tap Edit in the upper right corner will be an Add a Page button I can tap.  So I created a Few of these also.  So we sell Tin signs also and I have 2 pages I labeled , 1 as NFL and another as MLB for quickly opening thos pages to see if we have the team the customer is looking for.
