I have created an online store but its purpose is to make the in-facility purchases contact free so our customers can just add items to their cart and then grab them from the shelf. We are a small gym and selling water, and protein bars and such. All of my items are 'not available' on the online store if I do not select 'shipping' as a fulfillment method in the Edit Item screen. We are not shipping anything and I do not want the customers to have to enter their address every time they make a purchase. What am I missing here?

Hi, I believe if you change Item Type that may help. (Item, Edit Item, first box)

In order to make sure i'm understanding, what website builder did you use to create your site (Wix, Weebly, GoDaddy, WooCommerce etc.)? Also, can you provide the URL to your website/page? Thank you!

Hi @ebsmiff2,
Thank you for your patience. I've gotten confirmation from our Online Store Team and they mentioned that you can set the items to pick-up and your buyer/customer won’t need to enter an address. At the end of the day, you’ll just need to mark all the orders complete.
