HELP NEEDED on UPC scanner checkout issue

I have just installed a Symbol LS2208 scanning system. We can scan the barcodes of the items into stock just fine.  However, when we scan the item out on an invoice sell the only information that appears is the UPC number.  It is missing the item name and the dollar amount.

Is there a link that needs to be addressed between the stock and sell that we are not seeing?

We have went through the whole program and can not seem to find the issue causing this.

We are currently using the scanner on a new computer system, not an ipad.  It is directly plugged into our computer.  We know the link is inside the Square program but need help fixing it.
