First Sale on IG

I have my first sale via IG Shop and when I click the orders tab in Meta it shows the order is pending, but states order pending Square acknowledgement. (my pos and Processing) I've looked in square under my orders area and there is no order showing pending at all. 

I'm at a loss. Hope someone can help!

Do you have FB/IG linked through a Square online site or the Square dashboard?

I am unsure because I have square dashboard for my pos and also the website through square which is linked together.

Did you use these steps to link your Square Online Store to your Instagram? If you did and are still experiencing issues with orders getting to Square, I would suggest reaching out to Instagram too. 

With integrations like these, we have you ask our partner since we cannot see into their system.
