Entering items from register and then getting GTIN error and then it’s not in system

I enter items from my Square POS register and then the next day I get an error saying it’s not in system so I add then I get a variation error saying it’s in system under large variation 216 🤷🏻‍♀️ Anyone else having issues

Since we only recently introduced the ability to add a GTIN number, I recommend running through the steps here to ensure you've added your GTINs correctly, @Mzboutique.
