Do you have plans to create a live wait time for Pickup Orders and Integrated Partner Orders?

I love that you guys have integrated with Slice and DoorDash and the ordering platform with weebly is decent. However my biggest complaint is the default wait time. It doesn’t allow us to be accurate, sometimes our wait is 15 mins sometimes it’s 90. We currently can’t even set a default wait for a specific window on certain days. So our wait is the same on slow nights as it is on busy evenings. Ideally I hope there is a plan to allow us to assign a wait for each individual order! Please tell me this is in the works! At the very least the power to assign different default waits for specific hours and days.

Hey @Bibos Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Seller Community. It sounds like you are wanting to be able to set longer wait times for rush periods, am I correct?

Because, you can set a general wait time on your Weebly Settings, as well as assign a specific wait time for each item as well. If you are needing to adjust the wait time for certain times of day, you may need to go in and adjust it during that time period so customers know it may take a little longer than expected.

Yes, I’m aware. Logging in to the web page can be tedious when we are that busy. Is there at least a feature in the works to make that possible from the app?

At this time, there is currently not a feature in the works for this, unfortunately. We are tracking all feedback regarding it and will be sure to post any updates for this feature request if we have them.
