Customer wanted curbside pickup but accidentally chose "shipping". Can I refund "Shipping" costs?
Customer wanted curbside pickup but accidentally chose "shipping". Can I refund only the "Shipping" costs? When I go to the refund page, Square lets me choose "shipping" as a line item to refund but it won't go to a next step.

Hi @puravidaart-
Are you trying to refund through your Dashboard? What happens when you try to go to the next step after selecting to refund "shipping"? Does the page spin or do you get an error message?
The more I know, the more we can diagnose together. I'll keep an eye out for your reply!

It is actually working now! For some reason it won't work from my Square for Retail. I have to go into my Square POS to process it.
