Categories aren't showing up when I go to print

Hi! Having a little trouble with printing tags for items. The items are all in their assigned categories but when I go to "Print Labels" and then "Select by Category" only about 10 categories show up (we have lots and lots of categories as we use them to keep track of the different clothing orders we get in). This is a relatively new problem and I'm wondering if anyone else has any experience with it and if its a simple fix like a software update or something. Thanks!

Since only 10 are showing up for you out of ALOT more than 10 are there any Downward arrows to the left of one of the 10 categories that show up?   The ones with these are are a Parent category if you have those assigned too.  For example:

Clothing  (Parent of Adult, Kids and Toddlers)

1. Adult ( Parent of T-shirts and Hoodies)
   1. T-shirts
   2. Hoodies
2. Kids ( Parent of T-shirts and Hoodies)
   1. T-shirts
   2. Hoodies
3. Toddlers ( Parent of T-shirts and Hoodies)
   1. T-shirts
   2. Hoodies

If I chose only Labels to Print for Clothing Nothing prints for this category as I also have to select a child category below clothing then again a Items in a child category of Adult, Kids, and Toddlers respectfully for items.   By selecting a Parent category to print does not select the Child categories also.  I just tried this on my Desktop and I was able to print out PDFs of a very few categories  untill I also selected the Child categories.  Hope this helps.
