I was looking at setting up Square for Retail, and my current, plain vanilla Square Account was upgraded.
I was trying to set up Square for Retail for a completely different LLC, and I didn't want any changes at all to my current account.
How can I downgrade?

Are you able to go to Square Dashboard > Account & Settings > Business > Pricing and Subscriptions to unsubscribe?

No, I am now locked in to the Square for Retail Plus, at $60 month per location (I have 2 locations). After my free month, I will be downgraded to Square for Retail Free.
I didn't want to change my Apps, I have other integrations running on the backend that are no longer going to be compatible. This is a nightmare. I have over 4 thousand products.

I am now afraid to look at anything on the Square Dashboard, for fear of being signed up automatically.
Now I have to buy a new terminal, barcode scanner, printer, and change my web apps to Square for Retail. I have to pay another service that I have to re-integrate my inventory system, and pay a monthly fee to them for that as well.
I just want to get my account back to what it was a couple of days ago, to before I thought... Hmm... I'll sign up my new LLC to Square for Retail.

I am having the same problem. I installed Square For Retail and now I am stuck in Square For Retail Plus and can't unsubscribe. What a pain!
