I've tried every way I can think of, so unless I am really off here. Seems like I have to have a homepage, then folks have to take that 1 extra step and click on SHOP NOW? How can I simply have my customers be at my online store, like before, as I can't seem to understand now how to do this. I have my own site, domain, on 1&1, using using Square for the Store aspect. Seems counter-intuitive, not user friendly or I am really completely not very smart? My online store is no longer available, period, so I have no way for my customers to order right now with Square. According to what I've read, my Square only store should not be at hgraceconfections.square.site, which just takes me back to my domain on 1&1 hgraceconfections.com Thank you in advance! Dave
@dromesburg you can have a featured items list on your page and add the items that are most purchased from your customers. The shop all page can also be made your homepage if you click on the gear icon and select "Make homepage."

@dromesburg you can have a featured items list on your page and add the items that are most purchased from your customers. The shop all page can also be made your homepage if you click on the gear icon and select "Make homepage."

@AshleyK thank you SO much! Seems like this would all make sense, however it really didn't. I will check this out, and see what happens. I was working with Kylee, responding to the email from earlier today about my Store. Trying to figure out why items are loaded, and I can't see to hide them or remove them from the store, so I will play around with that as well. Thanks again, I will certainly get back to you. Might take a few days, porting over to this new store wasn't as cut and dry as I thought it would be. Thanks again AshleyK!
I agree. I feel frustrated dealing with such a poorly designed support system. What's obvious to you and I, doesn't seem obvious to Square Support. It's very dyslexic and very unintuitive. Unfortunately, I design my site with a similar company. Between the two companies, I think I'll be lucky to ever have an elegant shopping experience. 😞
