Can I change the reason for refund after its been processed

My assistant was flustered and selected "fraudulent charge" as reason for refund when truly the situation was an accidental charge (scanned items barcode twice when customer only purchased a single of the item). 

 

I would like to change the reason especially in this case as there was no fraudulent activity related to this credit card.

Unfortunately, you cannot edit the transaction once it has been completed.
