Best Accounting System

I am having a hard time determining the best, and most widely used, option for accounting software for my retail business which is using Square POS for both in-store and on the go sales. I am currently using QuickBooks, but trying to improve and wondering if a switch would be warranted or if I should just get a more experienced bookkeeper with the Square for Retail/QB combo. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

We have partnered with several accounting software like Commerce Sync, Xero, Jobber, and more. Take a look at what has not worked for @mlemkemeierbusiness in this thread.
