When printing on Avery labels, how do I not waste the rest of the sheet? For example, if I print 10 labels, I still have 20 blanks left on the sheet. How can I change the starting position of the next label printed so that I can use the rest of the sheet? Hope this makes sense.

Hi ASGiftShoppe,
I don't believe there's a good answer to your concern. Personally, you may just want to take advantage of printing a full sheet - perhaps that's not want you want to hear. Avery used to have a desktop version of their Software however, even that application was a challenge to pick up where you left off so you were not wasting labels, since then they have everything cloud based which is accessed via your browser. From our experience, we just print full sheets and of course we do end up with extras but, from an overall stand point, it's not a show stopper. But, that's just my thoughts as others here may have some additional thoughts.

Howdy @ASGiftShoppe,
I recently converted from QuickBooks POS and had the same question. Unfortunately, unlike my old system, Square does not let you select the starting position of the first sheet. To try and maximize the label stock, I save those partial sheets and attempt to use them when printing future labels. It's definitely not perfect but in your example if you need to print 20 or less labels on a future session, or if printing multiple sheets and the final sheet requires 20 or less, then that old sheet can be reused by putting it into the printer backwards. This at least minimizes wasting your label stock.
