Are refunds deducted from profit in the COGS reporting?
When I look at profit in COGS reporting I am noticing that if an item is discounted or refunded it is not deducted from the profit earned. Am I looking at this correctly?

Hey @mmarozik,
I reached out to one of our Retail specialists on our direct CS team and they said as long as the item is returned- it should deduct from the profit.
So as long as it's tracking stock it should! But I'm not sure if you just mean a regular refund and not a return.
There's a Support Center article here that breaks down COGS reporting as well!
