All of a sudden customers cannot add items to the cart. It acts like you can add it, you can choose options if necessary, and then a message pops up saying you have no items in your cart. It does this with every item I have. I have not changed anything. I am not sure what to do.

Customers are still having trouble. They add items and then it pops up a message saying cart is empty. It seems intermittent as I have gotten a few orders to go through. Other people have just been texting me or emailing me orders since they can't get the site to work. I have had the site up since Thanksgiving and did not have an issue until this week.

In the past this was browser specific issue so it's possible your customers need to try on a different device/browser as it usually affects mobile browsers. As a troubleshooting step, you could try publishing the site again if you haven’t done it in a while.
Otherwise, you may need to contact Weebly Support to have them file a ticket with engineering.
