Is there a setting that will generate 2 printed copies for every order from one printer?
We don't have our dup printer working and need a quick solution for the kitchen this weekend. I need to just make sure the kitchen printer prints two tickets for each order - one for expo and one for line.
Thanks!

Hello @hannahbracken !
Your best bet is to create a secondary printer profile. Profiles can point at the same printer so you'll get duplicate tickets.
I recommend calling the new profile Dupe or something similar, and enable each category you'd like to see a second ticket printout. Point it at your kitchen printer, and that should solve your problem.
Once your dup printer is back online, you can come back into the printer profiles and delete the one you created without damaging the original profile.
