online order ticket headers: online store / square online

We are suddenly getting orders with two different headers:

Online Store (which is what we're used to)

Square Online (seems to be new today)

 

This also seems to be messing with our limiting, it's allowing more orders through than where we have our limits set.

 

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes! I had one order come in as a "square online" order this afternoon. Luckily it was for later in the day so it didn't mess with our "limiting" during peak hours. I thought it was because we had just starting using the retail POS. No idea what the difference is! I hope it doesn't continue to mess with the limit of customers per 15.

I believe there's glitch or bug with the latest update.

The name change you're seeing is just a re-branding of the name of the online store to Square Store. 

 

This is what we'll be calling it moving forward.
