Why aren't my gift cards working when people make purchases in my online store.

I have had lots of people purchase gift cards online to support our business. Now that they are trying to redeem them in our online store for curbside food pick up they aren't able to use the cards. This has made a number of our guest very confused.

i get emails like this several times a week....

Message: I purchased a gift card on line andI can't figure out how to apply it to the on line order format. Can i call and place an order with it or do i have to use it in person.

Hi @blindladyale- Make sure that you have your eGift card settings for the Online Store set up. That could be preventing them from being able to check out with their gift cards.

If everything is enabled there and your customers are still running into problems, go ahead and reach out to our Support Team.
