Website is stuck on delivery, cannot change pickup/delivery option

My bakery does delivery one day a week, so we only turn delivery on for those few hours and then we turn it off the rest of the week. Right now (not a delivery day), when I got to my online store, I appear to be in "delivery" mode and all items are listed as unavailable. I cannot figure out a way to switch back to "pickup" option. I cannot add any items to my cart (it is currently empty) and when I try to click on the word "delivery" at the top of the ordering page, nothing happens. See attached. I've tried clearing my browser history and that does not help either. I'm concerned this could be happening to customers too. How do I get this unstuck? Help! image.png

Thanks for your post, @KingstonBread.

It sounds like your items have only delivery set as a fulfillment option. Go to Items > Item Library in your Square Online overview page, then use the checkbox to select items and set the fulfillment method to be both delivery and pickup.

Hi Adam! That's not it, unfortunately.  The items are all set for pickup or delivery -- the problem seems to be that I'm stuck on delivery as a fulfillment option and I'm unable to switch. I think they're showing as unavailable because I currently have delivery turned off.

This is only happening in my Safari browser. When I visit the site in another browser or on another device I do not have this problem.  It's like I selected "delivery" on Saturday when delivery WAS available, and now I'm unable to switch back to pickup.

This is not that big of a deal for me personally; I'm just worried that it could happen to our customers and I want to be able to tell them how to fix it if it does.

I see what you mean. Is that mobile Safari or is it on a desktop/laptop Apple computer?

Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies for your site in Safari? That might fix it for you.
