Under enter tips screen one transaction shows up in red?

When going into the square transactions screen to enter tips one of them is red and doesn't do anything when pressed. Never had this happen before.

Hey @BottlerocketATL.  Please provide a screen shot of what you are seeing.  Be sure to mask out any customer/sensitive information, though.  It’s hard to know how to start here since you could mean a couple of things by “enter tips screen.”  I assume you mean the POS tip settlement screen, but that is not clear at all.
