Unable to view orders on weebly phone app
I've always been able to view my orders and get notifications on my phone app, but now it states 'your account is not supported'

It sounds like you have more than one Square Online site. If you didn't make another one yourself, you might have ended up with another when your older online store sites were upgraded to new Square Online sites. The mobile app does not currently support multiple sites, although this is something I expect to change in the future with an update to the app.

Thank you for the reply. How do I remove multiple accounts? I have 2 others, but they are inactive.

By accounts, do you mean delete the other websites so you just have one in your account? You can do that through a desktop or laptop computer. Log into your Square account, then click the Online link to go to the Square Online overview page. Once there, click the grey sites dropdown on the left, and then click the "..." for a site to find the delete option.
