Hi @Bennett1948! Thanks for reaching out and welcome to the Seller Community! There isn't really a way to turn off online sales for the day, but any sales processed after your business hours will show a delivery or pickup time for the next business days.
If you truly want to take off any online sales after your business hours, you can unpublish your site at the end of each work day, then republish it whenever you open back up. You can do this under Online Store > Website > General Settings.
