Time slots

We can only accept so many tickets per time slot, yet we have to manually go in and change the time each time, and when you are hammered busy or sleeping at night that's difficult. sometimes we'll get 25 tickets just over night not even knowing so we wake up to now having 40 orders to fulfill by 11:15 (we open at 11 and still have walk-in business) Which is difficult in a business where everything is fresh and cut by hand at every order.  It would be nice if we could set a max number of orders each 15 minutes time slot, once that's full that time slot closes.

Hey @corkscrewbbq thanks for asking. That definitely sounds frustrating and stressful to wake up to that many orders. You have a couple of workarounds that you can do. 

1: You can turn off scheduled pickup so that customers cannot place pickup orders before you open. 

2: Turn off accepting online orders entirely at the end of the work day and then turn it on the following morning. This will be a much simpler option and will save you time in changing any other settings for your online ordering.

I understand that, that's what we do now.  We need to turn on and off specific dates for the future.  We have customers that order all day and night, when we have to turn off ALL Wednesdays till the next day they can't order.  Other customers are trying to order for Nov 24th Thanksgiving pickup but can't bc if we turn on Tuesday, it'll be on for every week and we are not open on Tuesdays, only on Nov 24th.  It would be great to just have a calendar with all the months and could highlight the days people can choose and not have to worry about turning them on and off.
