Time-based Price Overrides

Hello!

We are happy to see the implementation of the new time based discounts, however I would love to see time based price overrides. 

For example: all of our cans of beer would be $3 on Thursday from 4 to 7, but return to regluar price at 7:01. I know we can have an across the board discount, but some of them have different prices. So I would have to create several layers of discounts to make sure they are priced right. 

I'd rather see a sweeping time-based price override for an entire category for a date/time value. 

Any ideas if this could be on the way soon? It seems like the ground work is there from the time-based discounts.
