Square for Restaurants New Item Library

What happened to the Availability situation on the Square for Restaurants App today??

Just trained 65 people on how to use previous version where you'd press and hold the item and it'd give you three options: Mark as Sold Out. Track Remaining Items. Make available for Sale the Next Day.

I want that back. The new version with the entire Item Library at your fingertips is to cumbersome and doesn't have the ability to mark available for sale at the end of the day. 

This is honestly a very dissappointing update from Square especially with no warning.
