SoundHound for Restaurants voice assistant
So how do they identify if the call is for order or reservation or general information?

Our intelligent voice AI can do much more than take the order. It also understands requests for location information, hours of operation as well as if the customer is looking to make a reservation or place an order for catering.

Hi @Tojosan- Thanks for reaching out to us. I see this is your first post in the Seller Community so I'd like to officially welcome you! 🎉👏
Because SoundHound for Restaurants is a 3rd party integration, the extent of the info we have on our end is somewhat limited. You can find the info we have available here. I suggest reaching out to Soundhound directly for more details on their features 🙂
I hope this information is helpful but please do let us know me you have any additional questions by replying directly to this thread. I look forward to working with you in the Community! ✨

I understand that if caller is calling from mobile phone, after selecting the items and proceed to pay, the caller will get a text with a payment link, what if the caller is calling from landline phone ? how SoundHound send payment link? through emails?

This is a great question. If a caller calls from a landline we offer a call center back up. The call is sent to the call center and the order is processed. So no matter what, it's covered. In this case though not via AI. This is a small percent of orders that come from a landline. Feel free to reach out to us with any more questions

Most of the items of our Online-Order have a text modider field where customer can write their special requests (like spicy level, etc.). This is a free style, meaning they can write anything and we do our best to cook for them. How is possible in SoundHound to do
this special request at the item-level or at the whole-order level? thanks
