Secure Checkout vs. Actually Ordering

Hi there,

There is a feature that allows customers to save their payment information for future use and it's causing a lot of problems on our end.

 

So far, five people have thought they ordered food from us when they have not. The interface is misleading as it shows their entire order, the total price, and a pick up time.

 

At the very bottom of this page it says "REVIEW AND SUBMIT", which is what actually sends the order to us.

 

Even worse, the customer gets a confirmation, but it's only for saving their credit card, not for their order.

 

Please fix this immediately.

Hi @WeServePeople. Thanks for posting and giving us your feedback on this. Our development team is definitely aware that this flow is very confusing and frustrating for both sellers and customers. They are actively working toward a resolution on this, though I don't have a timeline on when anything will be released. 

 

I have shared your feedback as well with them.
