Restaurant Revitalization Fund not reported by Square and now getting audited

We applied for the RRF through Square during the pandemic and provided all the necessary information they requested before and after being approved. Now the SBA has contacted me stating that they never received the necessary information from Square, and the account is under internal review. I've reached out to Square multiple times but nobody knows which department I should be speaking to. It's absolutely mind-boggling that nobody knows what's going on. Does anybody have any insight on this? Square customer service is an absolute joke and incompetent.
