Reporting Service Charge

Two reports for same day with varied data return. A transaction with Service Charge is returned but still showing as collected end of day. The Service Charge is also listed on servers end of day report. Why??

I just reported this same issue to my sales rep. He's brought this to engineerings attention.

A year and a half ago I requested that Service Charge/Auto Gratuity was removed from Sales and into Tips or at least allow us, their customers, to chose where we would like the charges allocated to.  Another one 'for the engineers' was the response. This issue is a faulty coding, my earlier issue was a request. I doesn't take much of a business to outgrow Square....
