Receipt printing

Is there a way to change the way the receipt prints. Example: print entrees then sides and then drinks no mater how my server keys it into the POS?

Unfortunately, that is not currently a feature of Square.  It is definitely one that has been asked for so it may be something that comes out in later revisions.
