Quick Service POS taking TOGO orders

I have a small cafe with table service, a bar and a quick-service coffee bar. the coffee bar is also (in theory) supposed to be able to take to go orders over the phone. I set up their device as a quick service / customer facing device / iPad stand. It's nice because it asks "For Here" or "To Go" for each ticket or item and it is better for the coffee shop setup in general. However, if someone calls to place an order you can't send the order to the kitchen to be made without paying. if there is a workaround in the device settings I would love to hear it. thank you

Are you currently using Open Checks for these orders placed by phone? Open Checks will allow you to send your orders to a printer or KDS and will be able to be settled once your customer picks up your order.
